These individualized video messages are pre-recorded, last 1 to 2 minutes, and can be enjoyed again and again. We individualize the message by including the recipient’s name, the event, and any other unique information you provide.
Personalized recorded messages are perfect for birthdays, holidays, preparing for the first day of school, a new home, making a special announcement, congratulations for accomplishments, and wishing the best for performances or big days. (Please book a minimum of one week in advance.)
Personalized Letter from the Character of Your Choice. [$15]
Every child loves to receive mail! With this option, let us know your child’s favorite character and we will write a custom letter and mail it to your child. The letter will be handwritten, one page in length, individualized with the information you provide and interwoven with fun character references.
We address the letter to your child, seal the letter in an envelope with a wax seal, and enclose that envelope in a larger envelope addressed to the parent. You give the letter to your child at a time that works best for you.
Children may enjoy a letter from Rapunzel, The Snow Queen or her sister, The Frog Princess, Belle, The Little Mermaid, Snow White, Cinderella, The Scottish Princess, Sleeping Beauty, Mulan, Tinker Belle, the First Princess, or the Latina Princess. Or maybe your child would enjoy hearing from Peter Pan, Kristoff, Sven, or Prince Charming, or any character your child would love to hear from. Include the character of your choice with your booking information.
Online Princess Ceremony [$75 includes virtual chat and gift.]
This wonderful two-part package includes everything you need for a successful coronation ceremony. Your package will come beautifully wrapped and ready for your virtual chat with the Snow Queen.
We will set up a time scheduled after your package arrives for your virtual coronation ceremony with the Snow Queen! Your virtual chat will begin with the Snow Queen guiding your child in preparations. Friends and family can be included in the majestic ceremony. Your child will feel so special as you place the crown on their head and declare them royalty!

Would your child like more time with a princess? Are you hosting a virtual party and want to create special moments? In virtual storytime, The Snow Queen will greet guests and entertain them by reading delightful stories, interacting with guests throughout the half-hour.

We will send you a gift-wrapped face mask. When the mask arrives, your child can open it during a video chat with The Snow Queen.
About the mask: Masks are made with 100% cotton fabric, soft, adjustable ear straps, and bendable nose wire. Masks are reversible and the fabric of your choice is lined with blue snowflake fabric. Choose a toddler, child, or adult size mask. Choose fabric style of Frozen or Christmas fabric. Masks are not returnable.
